Our Founder
Kajsa Stenström is the Managing Director of Stenström Consulting. She enjoys being in many different policy sectors. Her passion is the nitty-gritty of EU law-making, which is why she has been named by “Best in Brussels” as one of the city’s best consultants. A Swedish national, educated at the Sorbonne University in Paris, she has called Brussels her home for over 25 years.
Our Team
Amélie Tarr
Amélie is an EU Public Affairs Consultant at Stenström. Her upbringing as a bilingual French and English national fuelled her deep-seated interest in European Social and Health policy, as well as external relations. With prior experience in in-house EU lobbying, she is well-versed in the ‘Brussels Bubble’ political landscape and legislative processes. Amélie obtained her Bachelor’s degree in European Studies at Maastricht University, and completed her Master’s degree at the Université Libre de Bruxelles in European Politics.
Tom Hollands
Tom is a British-Brazilian dual national with a BA in German from the University of Edinburgh, and Master's in Diplomacy and Global Governance from the Brussels School of Governance, graduating from both with honours. He is currently an EU Public Affairs Trainee at Stenström, focusing on Health, Venture Capital and AI. In his spare time, Tom regularly writes policy papers, with a focus on semiconductor supply chains and digital infrastructure.
Nicolai Stuyvenberg
Nicolai is a Norwegian-Dutch dual national with a BSc in Political Science from the University of Amsterdam and an MA in Global Security and Strategy from the Brussels School of Governance. He is currently an EU Public Affairs Trainee at Stenström Consulting, focusing on trade, financial services, and energy policy. He brings an adaptable, internationally oriented perspective shaped by cross-regional experience, along with a background in communications and policy support across international and NGO settings.
